The Third Annual California’s Artisan Cheese Festival kicks off the weekend’s festivities with an informal reception and a chance to meet and talk with the cheesemakers, experts and chefs. Enjoy a bounty of artisan cheeses and pairings, wine and more. Hosted by the California Artisan Cheese Guild. Tickets $40, available at the website www.artisancheesefestival.com.
The nonprofit festival is a celebration of the continuing evolution in artisan cheesemaking and brings together local cheese producers and consumers who are working in concert to grow the artisan food landscape.
