They are a curious race…

So, the newest Michelin guide is out, and if Michael Bauer, who writes a column for a local medium-sized city’s newspaper, has it right, Sonoma County restaurants are well represented.

Looks like we have Farmhouse Inn, Cyrus, and Madrona Manor.

A poster on Bauer’s blog contends, among other French foibles, that they forgot to include Restaurant Eloise, K & L Bistro, Santi in Geyserville and Mirepoix in uber-hip Windsor (no joke- its becoming a foodie destination that no one knows about yet… just you.)

Good for tires, restaurants, French jokes

One Comment for They are a curious race…

  1. K & L Bistro did get in the “Bib Gourmand” category (restaurants where you can find a good meal with two courses and a glass of wine for $40 or less). Along with Cena Luna and Willi’s Seafood and Wine Bar in Healdsburg, Zazu, Osake and Willi’s Wine Bar in Santa Rosa, and Cucina Paradiso and Risibisi in Petaluma.
