HGTV, the channel for the home and garden fetishist in all of us, has finished building their latest Xanadu in the cute wine country town of Sonoma.
Located in the southeastern corner of Sonoma County, HGTV’s Dream Home will be offered to a lucky winner (contest starts January 1, 2009!) Out-of-staters will no doubt want to learn local California lingo, especially “Prop 13.”
And while HGTV has a video blog about the home, they aren’t into letting the information free, so we can’t embed the video from “Super Fan” Gail who has been touring Sonoma and talking about the dream home, including an interview with builder Steve Ledson. Needless to say, the home is pretty awesome, and Steve Ledson seems to be a pretty nice guy, too.
