I just at there – they updated their menu – much better – I had a burrito and it was wonderful – the empanadas are out of this world. The restaurant itself is majestic too. Another cool feature is the lights in the hallways and bathroom have sensors to save energy and they have cool hand dryers in the bathroom – nice to see a green conscious business.

Unfortunately Casa del Mar does not have a website. It would be nice if all restaurants posted their menus online, as so many people would like to see a preview.

When you go to Casa Del Mar, must try the freshest tasting shrimp cocktail – large generous portion of shrimp served in a huge glass goblet with a whole sliced avocado, minced onion and cilantro. Tasted like I was in Puerto Vallarta. Also try the shrimp empanada – excellent juicy minced shrimp and tomato filling with a perfectly fried hand-rolled crust. Can’t wait to try again!
