Well, this native Southerner (and now winemaker) really loves good sauce, spice, gumbo, all things made with bacon, you get the point!) Thank goodness for the guys at Starlight Wine Bar & Restaurant in Sebastapol (in a very cool vintage train car). Based on the # of great reviews, maybe the secret is getting out? :)

Starlight is our favorite local restaurant, and we’re locals. Not only is the food and service excellent, but the setting is unique and intimate. Whenever my husband and I want to go out to dinner and actually be able to hear ourselves talk, Starlight is our first choice. It’s a taste of New Orleans right in Sebastopol, in a very sweet location. Don’t miss it.
