There are four very different and very tasty dishes featuring this seasonal delicacy on the Crab Tasting Menu at River’s End restaurant in Jenner. They even leave room for dessert…and no, it does NOT feature crab. That would be going a little too far!

Try this Crab Cake recipe from Ina Garten (the Barefoot Contessa). I have made a recipe very similar to this one, and it was delicious.
