So- right about now Bruce Willis is running up and down the aisles of the Sebastiani Theater in Sonoma, kicking some evil terrorist tail, all the while trying to remember if he should cut the blue wire or the red wire, and making sarcastic comments to the amiable, adipose cop on the other end of the walkie-talkie, who knows which wire to cut.
And I’m at home.
Didn’t get tix for the BW shin-dig, I tell you, and it hurts. Thus, I can only imagine what all is going down as Bruce is honored at the Sonoma International Film Festival, a festival whose unfortunate acronym is SIFF, second only in regrettability to The Central London Arts Programme, which is, a really really bad show to catch.
Anyway – since I can’t be with BW, I decided to embed the video from the local news paper, the Press Democrat, whose sole mission is to “comfort the afflicted and right blogs about Millenials in tasting rooms.”
Sadly, the PD, due to budget cuts, has let go the part of their HTML staff that adds embed codes to their quite witty videos about weekends. The actual link for the video is here.
